2.0 Course Description
This hands-on, interactive Quality Management Training course provides an enhanced leader, manager, and practitioner comprehension of various philosophies, methodologies, and tools in the Quality Management system. The core focus areas include Leadership, Strategic Plan Development and Deployment, Management Elements and Methods, Quality Management Tools, Customer-Focused Organizations, Supply Chain Management, and Training and Development. Quality management tools and statistical analysis techniques are explored in-depth along with best-practice facilitation, stakeholder satisfaction, and change management methods.
3.0 Course Objectives
This course:

Enables students to define and describe ISO quality standards.

Provides a general understanding of Quality Management as it relates to leadership, strategic planning, management, quality management tools, customer focus, supply chain management, and/or training and development.

Instills the know-how to use Quality Management Tools, such as business/process improvement, the Cost of Quality (COQ), statistical analyses, and qualitative assessments.
