Wouldn’t it be nice to go to work with a bunch of folks who speak “improvement” fluently? You can.

Military Analogy: Basic Training Graduate

Star Wars Analogy: Han Solo – you know what “the Force” is and you’ve seen lightsabers, but do not how to use either in a fight

Karate Kid Analogy: You have now seen Mr. Miyagi defeat the Cobra Kai by himself, and want to know more about this “karate stuff”

Who Should be a White Belt?

Lean Six Sigma White Belts are recognized for their ability to identify waste and recommend process improvement opportunities. This is a “Level 1” lifetime training and certification program, and is typically attended by:

  1. Employees (all ranks and tenures) from organizations who currently have (or are planning on starting) a process improvement program (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, etc.)

  2. Managers who are interested in learning more about process improvement methodologies, the associated tools, and of course, the financial and operational results

Let's Go!

This training introduces Lean Six Sigma principles and sets the stage for additional, future learning in a consolidated, compressed module (four hours). Students will be engaged in active, work-related discussions, multiple learning simulations (games), and expected to ask (a lot of) questions.

Ready to get started? Well, in the words of Sergeant Floyd Pepper, “there ain’t nothin’ to it but to do it!” See you soon.
