This hands on, interactive training prepares the candidate to lead Lean Six Sigma projects and project teams. The class provides an enhanced practitioner’s comprehension of various philosophies, methodologies, and tools in the Lean Six Sigma system. Statistical concepts and process analyses techniques are explored in-depth along with best-practice facilitation and change management methods.

 

BLACK BELT CERTIFICATION

Black Belt training develops expert-level problem solvers - giving them the knowledge and skills they need to lead successful improvement teams and achieve strategic objectives in any function or department of any organization.
