Mr. Jeff Ozarski, Senior Director, is a strategic management and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience focused on data driven decision making, driving operational improvements, building high-performing teams, revenue generation, and providing value-based solutions to business challenges. He has worked with a wide variety of clients from Fortune 500 through startups. He has extensive experience in leading new initiatives such as launching the first direct-to-enterprise Fortune 500 customer in the US market for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) startup which included solution evaluation, process selection, optimization, and development of a governance model. Jeff has also mentored enterprise-level process improvement projects leading to improved collection rates, reductions in sales order errors, inventory reduction, and warehouse optimization. In addition, he has instituted training programs for mutli-billion-dollar customers at their offices and distribution centers, and developed and maintained global distributor and solution provider networks which brought in over 50% of the client’s new business (over $10 million per year).
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management from Pennsylvania State University, and he is an ASQ and Six Sigma Academy trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His technical prowess spans software like Minitab, Cleverbridge E-commerce, and Salesforce in addition to Robotic Process Automation and Business Process Management solutions.
