Dr. Geoffrey Webster, Vice President of Operations, is a Continuous Improvement Executive with over 28 years of experience and a track record of leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Business Intelligence and ERP systems, and Program Management methods to position businesses for sustained growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. He has held senior-level positions with multiple firms with responsibilities including but not limited to driving process improvement initiatives globally for Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Information Technology, and Logistics. He has also held a wide range of managerial and technical positions in various industries. As a champion of change, Dr. Webster has partnered with clients to implement tailored solutions ranging from reducing order processing time and costs through global corporate leadership development. His applied knowledge in formulating and refining strategies is complemented by his skill redesigning processes and mitigating transformation barriers.
Geoffrey holds a Doctoral degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a PMI Project Management Professional. His published research has been recognized by the American Society of Quality, Project Management Institute, and Scrum Alliance.
